Requirements

To take part in a tryout or training, you need to have the following requirements:

  • Ability to differentiate between right and wrong.
  • Capacity to make quick decisions.
  • Demonstration of maturity and utilization of common sense.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Willingness to undergo necessary training and continuous development.
  • Clean criminal record and demonstration of good conduct.
  • Over 13 years of age.

Activities in Order Police training sessions.

To pass a tryout or training, you will need to do the following.

  3. Be competent
  4. Show tolerance
  5. Show obedience

Activities:

  1. Quiz:
    A series of questions designed to test trainees' knowledge of Order Police duties, requirements, and protocols.

  2. Faces:
    An exercise focusing on grammar and reaction speed, enhancing trainees' communication skills and grammatical correctness.

  3. Jacks:
    An exercise to improve typing speed, essential for quick communication during operational situations.

  4. Formations:
    Familiarization with various formations used in events to ensure efficient coordination and communication.

  5. Marches, Combat:
    Practical exercises including marching drills and combat simulations to enhance operational readiness and response capabilities.

  6. Shoot House:
    Training to prepare trainees for hostage situations, testing their ability to clear areas efficiently and safely.

  7. Training Pursuit:
    Simulated pursuit scenarios to develop pursuit and apprehension skills in dealing with suspects.

      Currently, the division lacks appointed leadership with an XO. Leadership positions will only be filled once the division reaches a membership threshold of 20 individuals with 5 active users minimal or when a standout candidate emerges. Requesting leadership without valid justification may decrease the likelihood of selection. It's adviced to actively contribute to the division and demonstrate your capabilities. Previous experience in other groups will not guarantee selection; instead, commitment and dedication displayed in Discord and in-game activities will be considered.
