The Vereniging voor Nederlands Herstel does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary to comply with a legal obligation.  The VNH remains responsible for these processing activities.

How we secure personal data

The VNH takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration. In the event of any doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of personal information, especially concerning high-ranking members of the VNH, we will not hesitate to notify the appropriate authorities in their respective countries for legal intervention. Additionally, we are committed to taking personal measures to defend against such actions. It should be noted that any subsequent consequences resulting from the harm inflicted upon a member of the VNH will be the sole responsibility of the perpetrator.

This legal disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
